Mission Statement:

The Purpose of the Omak Chamber of Commerce is to promote and preserve local business and economic growth by providing information and services that are relevant to the community’s needs.

How We Do That:

Participation in the Washington Main Street Program – Affiliate Level

• Omak Tourism Brochure Distribution

• Ads in Travel Magazines throughout the Northwestern US & BC


• Event and group business advertising via radio and newspaper

• Winter Garland (Organization/Installation)

• Christmas Lighting Displays (Maintenance/Repairs/Installation)

• Main Street Flower Basket Project

• Educational Events:

• Special business related hot topics and classes

• Chamber Luncheon Guest Speakers

• Political Candidates Forum (Co-Host)

• Inter-Organizational Event Support:

• The chamber participates in and moderates the Omak Festival & Events Committee. This is an inter-organizational committee formed for the purpose of facilitating cooperation and support amongst community groups hosting area events that benefit the economic and cultural status of Omak.
